Civilization levels and dimensions. The cosmos is unimaginably vast, and there is more than one universe. Each universe is a spherical field, like a bubble floating in an infinite sea of bubbles. Among them, there are dark universes and there are universes of light.
Ours is a universe of love and light. Its fundamental laws are light and love, compassion and great selfless love, where the strong protects the weak. Each galaxy and planet exists at its own dimension and civilization level, a measure of its wisdom, culture, and technological evolution.
In this context, dimension does not mean physical space, but consciousness itself, the state of a being's spiritual awareness and intelligence. Consciousness ascends from one to twelve dimensions, and the highest dimension known in this universe is twelve dimension, held by the Andromeda Galaxy.
Andromeda serves as the administration of this universe. It spans two hundred twenty thousand light-years in diameter and lies approximately two point fifty-four million light-years from Earth. Nuwa of the Angelic Legion of Andromeda, known as an archangel in the West, used her own genes to create the physical bodies of humankind on Earth. In Western tradition, this is remembered as the story of Adam and Eve. Earth humans are level zero point seven six in three dimension. The theory of evolution was written by Darwin while his brainwaves were being controlled by reptilians in order to lower humanity's awareness and pull our dimensional frequency down to a very low level. The small greys and tall greys are biological robots created by the Draconians, designed specifically to deceive humanity and instigate wars among us. Greys are level one in three dimension. On September thirtieth, twenty twenty-six, the Rainbow Warrior announced all negative extraterrestrial races that enslaved humanity across every dimension of the solar system have been fully purged. We celebrate the solar system's return to purity, breaking free from its shackles and ascending into awakening.
May starlight wash away the old chains, and may all life unfold in freedom. Witnessed by the Galactic Federation and the Angelic Legion of Beta Andromeda, the solar system now enters a new era. Together, we advance toward an interstellar galactic civilization.
Now, the Andromeda Galaxy is accelerating toward the Milky Way, and the two will merge into a new galaxy named MY69 with a diameter of six hundred sixty thousand light-years. Below, we introduce the light force races of this universe, the dark force races that invaded from another universe, and the civilization levels that correspond to each dimension. Races of the light forces of the Galactic Alliance are the Andromedans, Pleiadians, Sirians, Arcturians, Cygnians, Lyrans, Centaurians, Antarians, Aldebaranians, Urmah, the Blue Avian race, and Earth's surface humans.
The dark forces of the Milky Way galaxy include the Shadow Council, Lizardmen, Reptilians, Small Greys, Tall Greys, Spider People, Ant People, Mantis People, Crocodilians, Cockroach People, and so on, as well as the Draconians from the Draco constellation. Civilization levels and dimensions are as follows: Andromedans are a level nine civilization in twelve dimension. Pleiadians are level eight in eleven dimension. Arcturians are level eight in eleven dimension. The Shadow Council is level eight in eleven dimension. Sirians are level seven in ten dimension.
Lizard people are level six in nine dimension. Draconians are level five in eight dimension. Lyrans are level three in six dimension. Small Greys are level one in three dimension. Earth humans are level zero point seven six in three dimension.
Ants are in two dimension, and Maggots are in one dimension.
